- Eligible Caymanians children receives a CI$1,000 seed contribution .
- Funds are invested in a low-fee index strategy anchored on the S&P 500.
- Ages 18–24: limited to approved wealth-building uses (educational/training, tools for trades, first-home deposit in Cayman).
- Age 25+: unrestricted access.
